One of the breakfast dishes I’ve wanted to make at home is a quiche but I won’t be the one eating it. The overall flavor of eggs by themselves is not my favorite thing and never really has been. So this quiche was made for Mike and he developed the flavors of it with bacon, spinach, green onions, eggs, milk, and some seasonings.
